They made me a great pair of glasses according to my own specifications, my local place refused to do that even after 2 visits with the Optometrist.

If you are a person who needs glasses for distance and you are struggling to see your computer monitor consider getting a pair of glasses with reduced power. In my case I went from -2.5 to -1.5 and in my left eye I went from -3.5 to -2.5, your milage will vary. None of the doctors I went to in the last few years would even mention the possibility of doing that, they just gave me my Rx and sent me on my marry way. I had to go online and purchase my own trial lens set to get the glasses I really need.

The guys at Free Prescription Lenses are the bomb!!
I´m used to customer service in the States far exceeding that in Germany but man, these guys take it to another level!
I ordered the wrong lens color (for whatever reasons I really can´t say) and not only did they call me like at 11pm their time to check back on my email complaint, no, they kept on it through email and calls until we/they found a solution. One that entirely satisfied the customer and probably put them out of a good chunk of earnings. I have the right color lenses on the way as I type this.
Only thing I can do is leave this glowing recommendation and swear I´ll only ever buy my glasses with them going forward.
