Please use the US Post Office (USPS) and not UPS or Fed Ex and mail to:

  • We request no signature required shipping as we pick up packages after clerk hours.
  • We pay the return shipping with insurance
  • *Please keep your receipt from the post office because it will have your tracking number on there.
  • **Also, please include a note with your name and email inside the package

Email Us your order number and we will make the changes.

Once the order has shipped from our lab it is generally 2 to 3 days in the USA. International orders take longer, and at times experience delays at abroad customs. 

We have a 7 day return policy. The item must be shipped back with all of the manufacturers original packaging. Customer’s will receive 100% of their money back for glasses frames providing that it is like new and can be added back to stock. The prescription lenses are refunded at 50% of the purchase price. These are custom orders and cannot be resold.
